All three spacious bedrooms feature your own private balcony and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms one and two feature king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom three features two large single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.
Villa 3 is split over two levels. The ground floor level features a garage with a private entrance into the villa. Once inside the villa you will be welcomed into the spacious living and dining areas featuring comfortable lounges, a smart TV and dining table with seating for 8 people. There is a fully appointed gourmet kitchen opening onto an outdoor dining space and BBQ, overlooking the heated swimming pool. On the ground level there is also a fully equipped laundry and separate toilet.
Take the internal staircase to the upper level which features the three bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and feature a private balcony.
